Do you have to tie down the front if the kayak is shorter?

That right there is the canoe I would get if I got a Swift. That textreme is amazing. Carbon tech package, expedition kevlar. Thats what I would get. Such a good looking canoe

I would order the exact same boat only with the backed chair instead of the flat seat. I'm in the UK and love watching all the UA-camrs exploring the Parks. I'm considering moving to Canada to have this as my hobby, have to find work, place to live and everything else involved. See you soon!

I live in Syracuse New York and its like pulling teeth trying to find a place that sells canoe paddles. The only place ive found is Walmart so far. They look at me like im a psychopath when I ask if they sell canoe paddles.

I love my Cruiser 15.8! This particular one is stunning, a very nice build. This buyer has experience in the 14.8 so he knows what's up, but for anyone else reading the comments - these Cruiser models just fly on top of that water! You don't have to expend a ton of energy to get places, and this in turn allows you to enjoy all of your trips that much more. I could go on and on about this model, I highly recommend the 15.8!

Hello Bill, the good people at Swift built me a Saranac 15 Carbon Fusion last fall. It has the Boreal deck finsh with a clear carbon hull. It is absolutely stunning and I am the proud recipient of many complements on the beautiful color combo and beautiful finnish. I end up having quite a few conversations with interested paddelers. You and I are similar in size and I find it to be a extremely comfortable boat. There is gobs of room to accommodate my size 13 feet. I have had four back surgeries and really appreciate the seat backs ability to stay conformed to my back as my upper body rotates. It provides just enough support while still providing freedom of motion. Loving my Swift. It makes me feel very connected and one with the boat . Great job!

Nice! Do they come with a rudder or a drop skeg? Open water you know can be a struggle on windy days!
